Relaxation

After listening to the relaxation journey I had to get up and walk around just to write my blog.  The technique was very well needed, useful, and similar to ways I try to calm myself down when I get angry or anxious.  After a long weekend of work and today being my first day off since Memorial Day, this was very helpful.  I'm also expecting so it gave me time to just enjoy the movements of my baby.  He was probably wondering why I was so still. lol  Hope you all enjoyed this exercise as much as  did!

  1. Hi Jennifer I enjoyed the exercise also when the first part said to think about some one you love I just close my eyes and think about my kids. Especially the baby of 7months because he is the youngest and need me more. I can practice this exercise some more it help to clear the mind.
