Introduction
Integral Health is a self-generated and self-cultivation, that leads to a comprehensive, holistic, and far-reaching healing of the body, mind, and spirit and that is immune to life’s adversities, including disease, aging, and death. (Dacher, 2006).  It teaches health care professional to treat clients or patients as individuals, while treating them specifically to the holistic expression expose during the time of treatment.  It also teaches us passion for our profession and of wellness and healing, and teaching the aspects of healing.
·       Psychologically I am learning more about myself and how to deal with stress and other situation.  Meditation is something I want to learn more about and continue to grow mentally.
·       Spiritually is my family background.  Through a Christian aspect, I am trying to become more inclined to my family background, and trusting in a higher power.  I believe in the spirit, however, I did not always practice it.  My postive characteristcs come from believing and trusting in GOD, and people have often told my I have a good spirit, I just need to learn to balance my life around these things and remain true to myself and beliefs.
·       Physically is definitely a struggle for me.  I am six months pregnant.  Before this pregnancy, I worked out at least 4 times a week and watch my food intake.  I lost 11 pounds, and found out I was pregnant.  This is my second pregnancy, so I have learn ways to eat more healthy and still take in enough calories for me and the baby.  Pursuing my degree in nutrition as help me through this process, so I am hoping I will not struggle with the baby weight once the baby is here.
Assessment
·       Phychologically-this quarter has been very stressful for me.  From my loans not clearing in time to the new baby coming.  My plans seemed to be turning upside down.  I thought I was not going to be able to finish this term up.  I will have my degree in November, but I decided to take only one class next term, in which the classes in right before I go on leave from work.  Mentally, I am drained my I have so many things to look forward to.
·       Spiritually-I am so grateful of how things have worked out for my.  My spirits are high.  I am transferring from a “flowing position” at work, (this position I was working is full time, but my schedule is up and down).  The new position is Monday-Friday, , no weekends, no holidays.  It is everything that I need in order to be in my children’s life, and gets my life order and stability.
·       Physically I still plan to maintain my weight and eat healthy.  Once the baby is here, I plan to start my workout program again.
Goal Development
Physically I plan to eat healthier and exercise to retain my health and wellness.  My goal is to become more creditable in order to continue my education as a nutritionist and again as a Registered Dietitian.
Spiritually I plan to gain a better relationship with GOD, becoming more trusting of his words and wisdom.  This year has taught me a lot about patience and how having faith can bring about many things.
Psychologically I want to mentally prepare myself for the new aspects of my life without getting overwhelmed.  I want to think clearer and make decisions more firmly.
Practices for personal health
Psychologically-through meditation and love-kiindness, mentally prepares me for all things throughout my day.  I learning to allow time for myself, in order to stay sane.  The meditation is still a work in progress, but it is proving to be beneficial.
Spiritually-going back to my childhood, and taking in the wisdom from my mother and grandmother.  I am retaining my spiritual connection with GOD and understanding how things can work out with patience, plans and goals.  My intent is to attend church more and learn the word and meaning of the bible through study.
Physically-becoming my creditable in my pursued field as a health care provider and a nutritionist.  Learning how to incorporate health and wellness in my daily life, while teachig others the importance of health and wellness.  I plan to do this by education and exercise.

Relaxation

After listening to the relaxation journey I had to get up and walk around just to write my blog.  The technique was very well needed, useful, and similar to ways I try to calm myself down when I get angry or anxious.  After a long weekend of work and today being my first day off since Memorial Day, this was very helpful.  I'm also expecting so it gave me time to just enjoy the movements of my baby.  He was probably wondering why I was so still. lol  Hope you all enjoyed this exercise as much as  did!
